Resin instructions: blue = accelerator white = curing agent

Winter operation ratio: Resin 100 ml: accelerator 1 ml: curing agent 2-3 ml

Summer operation ratio: resin 100 ml: accelerator 0.8 ml: curing agent 1-1.5 ml

First, the resin and the accelerator are mixed evenly according to the proportion, mixed as a whole, and then the curing agent is added to stir evenly and not turbidity.

Please note that the accelerator and curing agent cannot be mixed into the resin at the same time

Operation process:

The place to brush the glue is roughened and cleaned, the resin is mixed in proportion to brush it, spread the fiber cloth and then brush the resin, and then wait for the glue not to flow and then spread the fiber cloth and brush the resin, so repeated brush 4-5 layers, if you want the surface smooth and bright, you can brush on a layer of carbon fiber surface glue.

Normal temperature curing (indoor temperature 25 degrees) curing time is 15 minutes to 30 minutes, because the curing time of the resin and the climate has a great connection, the higher the temperature curing faster, the first operation needs to test a small amount of appropriate proportion

Procedure of use

1. Weigh the resin (100g as an example)

2. Drop the accelerator at 1%

3. Mix well

4 Drop in the color paste and stir well (no coloring is required. Omit this step)

5 Drop in the chemical agent at 2% and stir well

6. Brush the resin on the surface of the product

7. Apply fiberglass cloth

8 Repeat with resin brush and then apply fiber cloth

9. Product molding
